That the shuttle bus picked us @ the airport . The shuttle bus took you places! The shuttle driver Kevin was really nice and pleasant!!! Kevin gave us good pointers about the night life. How to travel to get a plane in Fort Lauderdale. Kevin is definitely a good asset to the company. Fabian gave us a number to call for a taxi driver . In which his name was Cliff, very knowledgeable about the area. Nice and friendly , Cliff is a good asset to the company. You definitely needs to keep Cliff and Kevin on your staff. Kari had some good breakfast this morning. She's a good asset. She's very friendly and knowledgeable about the breakfast. Even though she had just got a new toaster , we learned it together.

From the moment that we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk Shakira was pleasant and helpful. This is our second stay here and each time she made check-in a breeze. We also visited the restaurant in the Hilton next door, and Ashley and I can’t remember the other young lady’s name were very pleasant and accommodating. They all had a servant’s heart and very cheerful. Sean the cook did a great job in preparing my order of food. Clifford who works in the dining hall has such a great way with the guests and maintaining the dining area efficiently. 2 thumbs up for all!!

We paid extra for early arrival since we were getting off a ship in ft. Lauderdale. Got there at 10, told the room wouldn't be ready until after 1. Rode around, had lunch, got back at 1, room not ready but Jean at the desk came thru and gave us an upgrade to King Deluxe. Room was spacious and clean. Didn't have breakfast as we checked out at 5:30am to catch a plane. Besides our early check in not ready, everything was fine.

Located close to the I95 and West Palm Beach airport, the hotel was easy to find. The staff were very welcoming. Both the room and bathroom were clean and very spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable. The buffet style breakfast offered a fair variety of items including self made waffles. The hotel overall appeared to be in good condition. There were signs of wear in some places it wasn’t tired looking.

We stayed at this hotel after a long day of moving. We had to catch our plane, so it was perfect for us as we had to be up at the crack of dawn. The front desk staff was phenomenal and very helpful. The night attendant knew we were leaving early and offered to make us some breakfast the next morning if we wanted. When we go up the next morning, she was there with a smile!
